Gocek Blue Cruise

The Gulf of Fethiye is thought by many sailors to be second only to the Indian Ocean in terms of the beautiful seascapes it offers. Until a few years ago the only land based option for those wanting to enjoy this magical corner of the world was the characterful, but hardly tranquil, town of Fethiye. However, in recent years a small amount of accommodation has become available in the pretty village of Gocek. Set at the deepest point of the gulf of Fethiye, Gocek nestles at the foot of the pine clad mountains looking out over the '12 islands' of the bay. With a large natural harbour Gocek has grown up to cater to the needs of yachtmen.

MARMARIS - GOCEK - MARMARIS

DAY 1:

Your crew and yacht will be waiting for you at the lovely harbour of Marmaris. Chilled wine and fresh fruits are prepared to relax you after a long journey. Upon your arrival, you are welcome to take anchor and cruise for few miles until Paradise Island. Dinner and overnight would take place at this one of the most favorite anchorages.

DAY 2:

Before or by breakfast departure would be necessary if the guests wish to visit the ancient city of Caunos and Dalyan river where the turtles find life. This may well be a full day stop over as it is a rather interesting spot; historically, naturally, beatifully…
Our suggestion for an overnight would be Ekincik, just few miles to Dalyan Delta.

DAY 3:

Even before you wake up the yacht would leave Ekincik so as to profit from the morning wind.Crystal clear waters of Manastir Bay would be ideal for water sports & lunch. Later in the day Bedri Rahmi Bay is the place for anchor.

Day 4:

After breakfast, Tersane Island would be ideal for swimming and perhaps visiting the island to see the ancient shipyards. An active day may continue at Göcek, a small but popular village.to see the ancient shipyards. An active day may continue at Göcek, a small but popular village.

DAY 5:

We would suggested a visit to Fethiye especially to those who would be interested in history. There are number of historical sities in and around this town which can be visited by car.

DAY 6:

Disibilmez or Wall Bay would be suggested for a stop over on the way back to Marmaris. It is an excellent spot for snorkelling and perhaps some fishing.

DAY 7:

After breakfast your yacth would set sail for Kadirga Bay. One would enjoy the water sports at this bay and continue to Kumlu Bük for the evening.

DAY 8:

Arrival to Marmaris and unfortunately time to say good-bye until another time on another cruise.
